The staff is always courteous and professional.
Dana Peters was great! She was lovely and very thoughtful in her questions and responses regarding my current fertility appointments with RMA. I deducted stars in regards to scheduling. My appointment scheduled for 9am; however the office does not open until 9am. Therefore, despite getting there early, I had to wait to enter the building until 9am and then it was almost 9:20am by the time I was processed and seen by the nurse. Once in the room, I waited another 15 minutes for Dana to arrive despite being her first patient of the day. Again, once she was in the room it was great but for a 9am appointment I was not seen by the provider until closer to 9:40am. The scheduling should be altered if the staff is arriving at 9am for opening to account for time for them to get settled, review their patient files, etc.
Excellent communication and quick painless , anxiety free exam.
