I was approximately eight minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist informed me that she didn't think the doctor would see me. After waiting for her to return (about ten minutes), she didn't even look at me but told me that I was "lucky" that the doctor would take my appointment.
My visit went well, beginning with intake of information: blood pressure, weight, and blood test for A1C. I waited for about 10-15 minutes before Dr. Gottschall came into the examining room. He removed some of the stitches that remained from the laparoscopy and surgery for removing a cyst in my ovary. I never give a rating of Highly Satisfied. I was satisfied!

A member of the Connecticut State Medical Society, Fairfield County Medical Society, and New England ObGyn Society, Dr. Gottschall is licensed to practice in Connecticut. He currently has hospital appointments at St. Vincent's Medical Center and Surgery Center of Fairfield County.
Formerly, Dr. Gottschall was president of the medical staff at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and currently holds the role of Chief Clinical Officer. He was the first physician chairperson for St. Vincent’s Health System Board of Trustees.
Dr. Gottschall is dedicated to providing the most personalized and compassionate care and treats each person the way she would want to be treated.
