Billing needs work. There is a huge mix up with my old insurance and new insurance that I hope is getting resolved. As for Dr. Hyler, he is the reason I stay. His staff especially at Kinsley location need to be more compassionate. Great experience at middleburg though. Think I will go there for now on. More welcoming!

When I showed up, to my surprise my appointment wasn't in their system. I had scheduled and waited 2 months to get seen. However, the staff was able to rectify it and I was seen at my scheduled time. Also, when they forgot to send my prescription over to the pharmacy, I had to drive to the pharmacy only to learn my prescription wasn't there. I tried to call the doctors office but the automated answering system referred me back to the pharmacy. So I had to drive to the doctors office to ask them to send my prescription to the pharmacy. After they sent a message to the doctor it was sent over pretty quickly. It was very frustrating having to drive all over town just to get a prescription filled. Having said all that, the staff was very professional, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me. Dr. Tyler is the best. Absolutely love the care he provides to me.

The treatment there is amazing everyone is lovely and they care about you. Dr. Hyler is amazing and did a wonderful job delivering my son, caring about me like I was part of his family.
