The front desk person was not rude, but not friendly. She needs to try smiling. The Med Tech was very friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Simpson-Grant was easy to talk with, patient, kind, friendly, humorous (very much appreciated!), and helpful. She examined me and made suggestions for my problem, but I don't want any further treatment or procedure at this time. PLEASE NOTE: My Sentara family practitioner, Dr. Christian Jones, told me in a message that she was referring me to a urogynocologist, and when I asked Dr. Simpson-Grant at the end of my appointment, I was surprised to learn that she is NOT one. I am concerned that this referring error was made - and I would like someone to follow-up to educate the errant person.
Dr. Simpson asks the right questions and gives good feedback. Also, my appointment didn't take long, it wasn't so much waiting.
