I really like Dr Kolar. She’s personal and cares about her patients. She has been my dr for 36+ years and I’ve gone by Caroleen all those years. I would like to be called by my middle name please. I realize that the new system requires the first name. But as a long time patient I hope that you can find a way to note the name I go by. Love Donna Kolar.
