I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and efficiently, making the entire process smooth, convenient and stress-free. I found the appointment scheduling system amazing. Emily Pando APRN was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, as well as the rest of the staff that attended me.
I don't like that the business uses AI. It's very uncomfortable to be asked the reason for coming to the office while being aware that the conversation is being recorded and used for who knows what. It's very inconvenient when trying to speak to someone. And it makes the medical history questionnaire section very tedious. Would have liked if she had taken more time during my appointment but she was nice.

She immigrated to the United States in 1998 and attended the Florida International University in Miami, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2005. She stayed in Miami to continue her education at Barry University, where she earned a Master of Science degree in nursing and family nurse practitioner, graduating in 2009.
