Dr. Cammett is one of my favorite doctors at this location. She very kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and excited about her work. She takes the time to explain things to her patients in a way they can understand it. I would see Dr. Cammett every visit if I was able to pick the provider.

Dr Cammett is wonderful and trustworthy. I met her in the fall, and I was relieved to have a practitioner who listened and cared. Over winter, we talked about following up on PMDD tracking and some other things. With my previous long time gyn, I typically saw her once per year for annual women's wellness and we would talk about whatever had come up over the year, questions, follow up. So I thought this was the same for capital women's care. The appointment notification didn't say there was a time limit or to book additional appointments for any additional questions. Without realizing, I unintentionally kept Dr Cammett over time, making her have to play catch up. I could sense I was off track, though I didn't understand why or how, asked the front desk and she explained that many women do not understand that this visit is meant just for that (for billing and time purposes). So I am humbly recommending that the appointment system list a start and end time along with some kind of explanation of how the time is to be spent and what is best for additional appointments. Otherwise misunderstandings are likely to keep happening. I don't desire to overstay or overstep— I just didn't realize the situation. I do not put this on Dr Cammett at all. It seems to be an administrative space with potential for improvement. Dr Cammett is an exceptional provider who needs time with her clients and the general overarching administrative support to better manage patient expectations and time restraints.
Dr. Cammett and staff were thorough and excellent in bedside manner. Facilities were clean. I felt that I was in the best hands, thank you.
