The office staff were welcoming and mindful of the fact that I use a Rollator to get around. Dr. Jacob was gentle in her exam and told me everything she was doing before she did it.

I have always encountered friendly, polite staff at this location every time I visit, and this visit was no exception. I appreciate that Dr. Jacob always takes my concerns seriously. I never feel dismissed or told to just bear through it, as I have at other practices. While I recognize medication has some limitations, I've always felt Dr. Jacob was considering all possibilities.
I loved meeting with Dr. Jacob. The front office sent me a form to fill out, which I filled out and then emailed. However, when I got to the appointment, I learned the person who emailed me was not working. So I had to resend it. Sending a form via email is not ideal.
Dr. Jacobs is a good listener. She takes her time to hear my concerns and makes sound recommendations. She makes me feel comfortable during visits.

Dr. Jacob graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Psychology. She received her medical degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She then completed her OB/GYN residency in 2005 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She is a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN, a member of the North American Menopause Society, and a recognized member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
As a Leesburg and Sterling women’s health physician, she enjoys serving the local community and helping women develop healthier minds, bodies, and lifestyles.
