The wait time was very long.

from initial phone call to office, 1- they answer the phone within a few rings, 2- receptionist was friendly and helpful answering my questions and in making appt 3-friendly vibe in office from reception desk and just listening to employees interact, 4-medical assistant Kristin was friendly, professional and reassuring. 5- Giulia and the student NP were genuinely nice, listened to my concerns, professional, and took measures to accommodate them. i did not feel rushed 6-check out receptionist was also friendly and helpful.
Guilia listened to my questions and was excellent with her care. She is knowledgeable, flexible and very centered on our patient experience. Also, I thought the nurse who performed the initial part of the appt was great, thorough and kind. She has a great way of easing any patient fears.
