Since I'm 21 it was my first Pap smear and I was nervous and I said that to Giulia. And she was so kind and walked me through it. I've had internals for my yearly but never a Pap smear. She was so gentle and reassuring. It was not scary and it did not hurt, I'm glad I had her and I'm glad I did that for myself. I've been seeing her for the last three years and she always makes me feel reassured. I always feel satisfied with my care from her.
