I love Julie and Dr. Pecht and I have seen them for a very long time, close to 20 years. Julie is so intuitive and kind, we've had great conversations over the years and she's helped me through perimenopause, menorrhagia, endometrial biopsy and hysteroscopy, and an eventual hysterectomy. Most importantly, I had a mammogram in 2016 that showed an area of concern which led to an ultrasound and subsequent core needle biopsy. In fact, for a few years I had to have bilateral or left biopsies regularly. It was pretty standard for a while. But in 2016 I got a call within hours after a core biopsy that showed something scary and I was immediately referred to a breast surgeon who took me through a surgical biopsy/lumpectomy. Exceptional patient care! It was like boom-boom-boom with compassionate care the entire time. And when I learned of Julie's retirement I was very sad. Thrilled for her next chapter, of course, but sad because I don't think I will ever experience another provider who cares like she does. I'm incredibly grateful for Julie Lupa and the love and support she's shown over the years.

Our physicians have been providing women of Metro Atlanta with personalized gynecologic and obstetric care for over 25 years. Dr. Pecht started this practice in 2004, and has been working closely with Dr. Fountain. They have operated together, consulted with each other and shared patients.
In 2016, Dr. Fountain joined Dr. Pecht after it became obvious that they had something special to provide their patients by working together at Gwinnett’s Progressive Healthcare for Women. With their similar practice styles, passion for women’s health and commitment to their patients, they have designed a practice that they are proud to share.
