Heather makes me feel heard as well as seen. This is my first time being pregnant and there's only two practitioners that I trust and ask for at this practice. She makes every visit enjoyable and brings me information that makes me feel confident in becoming a mother.
Everyone is nice. Questions get answered. Atmosphere is pleasant.
I was met in the clinic in a timely manner, all the staff was friendly, and Heather gave me real solutions to a problem on my scan and answered all my questions. My only wish was that I could've been seen sooner. I went out of the country for a month when I was 7 weeks pregnant, and was hoping to be seen before I left. Not sure if it was lack of availability, (I made the appointment when I was roughly 4-5 weeks pregnant), or because I was only 7 weeks rather than 8 weeks pregnant, but I wish I would've known I had a subchorionic hematoma sooner. I was lifting heavy luggage, a heavy toddler, and other various things without thinking twice. I'm just glad it was caught before I did any further damage.
All staff were super nice. Heather was absolutely amazing per the usual. Very informative and addresses all your concerns.
She was very helpful and took her time and made me feel comfortable.
