The atmosphere was very comfortable. Dr. Yang has a calm and comforting way about her. She explained things. It was a lot easier and less stressful than I thought it would be and I was grateful for that.

Love Dr. Yang. She is attentive, listens well and is thorough. The folks taking bloods were also great - kind, patient, etc. The front desk is always a little rough. I feel like they're always annoyed and you're kind of a burden. Also, I did the registration online because I got 5 different emails and texts about it and then got into the office and still had to fill out a form that I had already done. Feels excessive, unorganized and annoying. The registration also requested I pay for the copay (which I declined) and then the office notes that no copay is taken until insurance is billed. Feels inconsistent.
Dr. Yang was very personable. She explained everything she was doing. I felt she cared and asked about health history. She answered all my questions. I really liked her.
