Dr. Yang actively listened and accepted my concerns as important, encouraging me to say all I was thinking. She explained anatomy, processes and treatments so that I could understand them and feel respected. She gave me time to think and gently kept my muddled thoughts on track. I believe she reads emotions very effectively and values them as critical to her practice. I learned a lot and felt that the outcomes were a true collaboration. Her sense of humor was icing on the cake. Dr. Yang is a gifted practitioner and I am so grateful to have experienced her.

Dr. Yang is amazing and accommodating. The folks who scheduled me may need to speak with the doctors more. They told me I could not do my pap and IUD removal at the same time so I had to make separate appointments, which wasn't the case. Additionally the online check in was so silly because I couldn't move past the colonoscopy dates because I haven't had one and it doesn't give an option to say no. The front desk told me to put the day's date but feels like that should be a disclaimer on the form.
