The doctor was kind and explained everything. I felt he genuinely wanted to help me. He was thorough and did not rush me. My first impression over the phone and at the front desk when I walked in could have been nicer... phone call to make an appointment was not great...Also, I told the receptionist when I arrived, it was my first time there, and she said nothing- not so good--no welcome...........point of service with new patients is very important. I almost left. Thank you for your care Dr. Ninia! The office and Dr. you referred me to did not work for my schedule. I will be seeing a Dr.Smithy in Lake Grove the first week in July
