Dr. Jason Sayat made a devastating pregnancy loss more bearable with his excellent bedside manner and medical professionalism. I appreciated him on happy days following the birth of my children, but during a challenging time, he truly shined as a positive patient advocate and compassionate physician. He made a horrible situation for me better with his kindness and empathy. In addition, I knew I was in great hands due to his medical excellence. He has been my provider for 20 years and is the best physician I have ever met. I was so worried about my D & C and he gently walked me through every step in a way that I will never forget. Raised in Cambridge, Ohio, Dr. Sayat studied biology and neuroscience at Duke University. He then moved back to his home state to complete his medical training and later residency at The Ohio State University. Prior to joining Avina Women’s Care, he was in academic practice at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. His specializations include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, robotic surgery, in-office procedures and general women’s healthcare. Today, Dr. Sayat resides in Columbus with his wife, also a physician within our practice, and two children.
