I was very satisfied with Dr. Studer and team's attentiveness. She was concerned and took the time to explain the procedures.
Staff is great, but they clearly overbook and are always running behind. I didn't see the doctor until nearly 50 minutes after my appointment time. I wish they would be a little more considerate of people's time, especially when they ask you to arrive 30 minutes early, which is a bit excessive.
