Everyone made me feel comfortable.
The doctor and I agreed on a care plan for next steps.
Doctor was thorough, friendly, listened to all my concerns, addressed all my issues. She spent as much time as needed-was not rushed to end appointment. I would recommend her to others.
Dr. Studer is very sweet and she took really good care of me.
Excellent care, took time to talk to me about all my concerns.
Very respectful, informative, and listened to my concerns. Had a sense that I was coming to a genuinely helpful professional, not a rushed clinic visit.
Enjoyed meeting Dr. Studer and the staff. She seems like a lovely informed young woman.
She was very kind. Spoke to me as she did the procedure and what she was going to do.
Dr. Studer was very personable. She took time to listen and laugh, which was great. The practice was also able to schedule me for a mammogram right away. The mammogram tech was awesome. She took time to explain why they ask certain questions on the intake form and about potentially strange results because of a recent vaccine. It didn't feel rushed, which was so refreshing.
Dr. Studer was easy to talk to, felt she asked the questions she did to better understand by health history and explained her recommendations for ongoing checkups.
I scheduled a PAP and also told them that I had a lump in my breast. I took a day off of work so that I could get in as soon as possible to get the PAP done and have the lump checked. When I got to the office, I was told that they had not scheduled the PAP and that they showed I was there for breast pain. I asked if the PAP could be done being that I was there and I was told no and the medical tech did not at all show any concern that the correct exam had not been entered. Dr. Studor came into the room and checked the lump in my breast and stated that she felt it was benign (I know for a fact this is not something that you can guess at by palpating it as I have had breast lumps before). She did still want to schedule me to get an ultrasound and a mammogram done which I appreciated, however, I explained to her that I've been told before that I can't have mammograms because my breast tissue is too dense. (This was explained to me by a breast specialist. Every time I have had one of these lumps, it requires an ultrasound). I explained this to Dr. Studor and she decided she still wanted to do a mammogram despite the fact that it wouldn't work. Dr. Studor then decided to begin a lecture about me getting a PAP. I re-explained to her that I had requested one when I made the appointment and that the schedulers failed to correctly enter it into the appointment. I was told that they can only enter one thing into the appointment and that I would have to reschedule. The customer service in the office was terrible. I felt like the PAP should've been done since I was there. I had already waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen and they were not even apologetic about not getting the appointment right.
I liked Dr. Studer; she was compassionate and answered questions thoroughly. I would go to her again.
As a new patient Dr. Struder answered all my questions, even the small ones. She talked me through the exam and made me feel very comfortable.
The Doctor really seemed to care and listened to me.
I felt listened to. I have worked in Healthcare for 12 years and I know how important it is for a patient to feel as if their provider and accompanying staff listen and hear them. I felt comfortable with Dr. Studer and that she took the time to hear what I had to say. I left my last provider due to not feeling important or listened to.
Dr. Studer was polite, warm, well-spoken, and gentle.
Everyone in this office is friendly and professional.
The convenience of the Telehealth visit was great for my busy schedule. I felt very comfortable with talking with my doctor about my problem through the video call.
Wait time was reasonable, enjoyed meeting Jenna Studer. Dr. Studer was sweet and made me feel as comfortable as one could feel during this type of exam.
Never had done a Doctor appointment that the Doctor took her time talking and explaining things to me.
