Professional and the staff were friendly.
Dr. Borson was kind and explained with high detail everything that was expected of me and how the appointment would go.
I really like my doctor and the people who work there. I'm always well taken care of. I did not appreciate the AI assistant for making appointments. There was fake office background sound for the AI assistant to make it seem more "real" but was so ridiculous to include. Talking to a real person is much better for when I have a question about scheduling, for instance, can I be on my period during this appointment? Should I wait a week? I've asked this question before so I knew the answer, but someone asking for the first time would not. Or in the future when I'm trying to get pregnant I'd want to check about whether this is the correct type of appointment to make if I'm unsure of whether I'll be pregnant at the time of the appointment versus the day of making the appointment. I was very unhappy about the AI assistant nonsense.

Dr. Borson is truly one of the most caring, empathetic, and gentle doctors I've experienced. Gyno visits are extremely tough for me both physically and emotionally, but she always caters our appointments to my needs.
