Because this OB office listens to me. I have pretty bad anxiety around doctors so my office visits aren't always a good reflection of how I'm doing. They have documented that, listened and understood. They've worked with me on ways to monitor at home and confirm this.
She took the time to listen to my concerns, looked at the issue and walked me through next steps. Then discussed my mental health and support available. She was very calm and reassuring. I also appreciate that she walked me through what she was doing and why and took the time to answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed.
