I got an appointment immediately. Had a call right away to schedule it. Filling out the information was easy, and I had no trouble finding the website since you provided a link. You texted me the address, which made it easy for me to find the facility. My waiting time was not long. The nurse who took my vitals and weight was helpful and kind. Jen was very focused on listening to my problems and knowledgeable about the options for me. She explained those options, and when I decided what path I wanted to follow, she was very thorough in explaining how it would function and what to expect. Overall, my experience was quick and delightful.
