All the staff were very kind, welcoming and informative. Only issue was that it was difficult to get ahold of someone by phone. I was switching from the West Fork practice to Mercy West practice and it took me calling multiple times over a couple weeks to reach a human to talk to & confirm my switch and appointment. Another suggestion would be offering routine pregnancy vaccines in the practice (like tdap). I was scheduled to receive it at West Fork and was surprised that Mercy West didn't offer it in-house and that I have to schedule it somewhere else.
