Jennifer Lafond, NP

I knew from a young age that nursing was my calling. As my nursing career progressed, my passion for women’s health ignited and led me to attain a higher degree in this specialty.

By providing a relaxing, non-judgmental environment, I strive to develop a trusting and caring relationship with each of my patients. My goal is to provide individualized, evidence-based care to women throughout their reproductive years and beyond. While promoting health and disease prevention, I hope to empower women to take an active role in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

My special interests include family planning and contraception, prenatal care, preventative health, well-woman care, as well as adolescent health.

In my spare time, you will likely find me outside, whether it’s running, biking, or cross country skiing. I love to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends. As an avid sports fan, you will also find me watching and cheering for the Minnesota Twins, Wild, and my hometown state Green Bay Packers.
