Verified Patient Reviews for Jessica Apel, DO
Dr. Apel is the best!
Dr. Apel was great and supportive with every concern I had.
Dr. Apel's care is great. However, I arrived at 3:45 for a 3:30 appointment. I was not called back until 4:00 pm. I understand that Dr. Apel can be held up. My complaint however is with the truly awful music blaring in the small waiting room. Is this necessary? I would usually spend the time reading as I do in other waiting rooms with music, but couldn't concentrate. Change the station, turn it down, or please turn it off.
Listens attentively, addresses concerns, provides feedback, offers suggestions/alternatives.
Dr. Apel takes such good care of me.
Both the check in desk, nurse and Dr. Apel were welcoming and friendly. They took the time to listen and make recommendations.
