Everything went incredibly smooth, I wasn't left waiting and in and out in 45 minutes while also not feeling rushed. Lauren made me feel very comfortable (as she always does), listened to my questions and was engaged the whole time.
Every doctor that I've met with has been wonderful and caring. I love being a patient with Dr. Akoto.
Katie spent more time and listened more than any PCP I've seen, especially recently through a large hospital system. I switched practices because it was so hard to get into my previous PCP and the visits seemed useless. I had to schedule 6 months out at least for a basic well visit and no other appointment types could be scheduled. I so appreciated seeing someone who actually seemed to listen, care, and take my thoughts into consideration. I am so glad that Katie is there to provide primary care services!

Dr Akoto has great people skills. She explains things in laymen terms. A very compassionate and engaging doctor. You feel she addresses your concerns seriously. With her you literally are in great hands. Going to the doctor can be a nerve wracking experience but coming here you feel so welcomed and that they care about your wellbeing as their first priority.
