Everyone was nice and friendly. Seems like they enjoy what they do. My MD Jessica Highfill was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Very big busy practice with a full waiting room and patients waiting longer than their appointment times. I witnessed multiple patients approach the front desk confused if their names had been called or not. This portion of my experience felt impersonal and a little chaotic. However, I was very happy with Dr. Highfill. She took her time with me and made me feel very comfortable. She was patient and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand.
