She was very informative and took time with her patients. Wait time was good too. Jessica Highfill was very professional and friendly, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. She walked me through the appointment with what was being done and what to expect in the next appointment. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit with Dr Highfill and she is truly delightful, obviously smart, and explains things very well. She is kind, cares, and listened to me. I felt like she truly wanted me to feel cared for.
The check-in when you get off, the elevator was very cold and unfriendly. You gave personal information and there are other people standing right there and she couldn’t even direct you to the correct location to officially check check-in.
