Kara and Olivia were very kind and efficient which made a painful procedure easier to bear.
There was not much wait for the providers. The late appointment time fit into my schedule well and Kara was thorough and efficient, but able to slow down and answer questions and provide referrals and reassurance when needed. I also loved that she went to look something up and then got back to me, it shows dedication but also awareness that sometimes we need to double check things. She even asked me to clarify so she could make sure the prescription was accurate for the intended purpose.
