Quick and to the point. Addressed my concerns.
Karen M was very nice and explained what was happening clearly. She was gentle in her pelvic exam. I wish that when I left I would have received a patient summary information sheet. Thus, when I looked at portal I was SHOCKED to see a report about my breasts that were not examined among other things not examined. Pelvic prolapse was issue addressed.
Dr. Montealegre was thorough, gentle during her examination, explained details calmly, told me what to expect at future visits. I have received excellent care with her wonderful bedside manner that went a long way in keeping me comfortable and reassured.
