Katie is a native of Winston Salem. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Queens University of Charlotte in 2007 where she enjoyed working as a nurse on a Gynecologic medical surgical unit. She completed her MSN and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program from the University of South Alabama. Prior to joining Lyndhurst Gynecological Associates in 2013 Katie worked in the Women's Center at Forsyth Medical Center in the PACU.

In her free time Katie enjoys spending time with her husband Will, daughter Caroline and their dog Walter. She enjoys running, working in the yard, outdoor activities, and time spent with her family and friends.
