She was thorough, considering the obstacles overall, not just centered in on the one problem/main reason I was there. Thoughtful in how she was going about the plan and gave me options. Amazing bedside manner. I felt heard and very cared for, made sure my next appointment was changed to get seen quicker for the main issue. Cognizant of the money I had to pay out of pocket being self pay.

As a provider, Kayla’s goal is to offer Individualized, comprehensive care with a focus on preventative medicine. Her approach to new patients starts with kindness and the desire to understand and address their personal needs. With a degree in exercise science, her goal is to encourage movement and nutrition with a focus on a healthy lifestyle.
Outside of medicine, Kayla enjoys being active whether that be hiking, playing pickleball, or going to the gym. Although Kayla likes to stay busy, she also enjoys spending time relaxing, reading and time with her family and two kitties.
