She responded to my questions with knowledgeable expertise, and when she didn't have a direct answer, she provided resources to find more information.

Her approach to new patients starts with kindness and the desire to understand and address their personal needs. With a degree in exercise science, her goal is to encourage movement and nutrition with a focus on a healthy lifestyle.
Outside of medicine, Kayla enjoys being active whether that be hiking, playing pickleball, or going to the gym. Although Kayla likes to stay busy, she also enjoys spending time relaxing, reading and time with her family and two kitties.
