Each member of the staff is kind and efficient. There is little waiting time at any step of the visit. Kelly is everything I could ask for in a care provider. She listens well and provides helpful advice. She performs the annual exam so quickly and efficiently and tells you what she is doing, so there are no surprises. I don't feel rushed during the visit. And, did I mention she actually listens to what I'm saying? (Many care providers do not listen well.)
