Dr. was friendly took her time and was very easy to talk to. Did not rush the appointment.
Very satisfied with Kelly and the office staff. What kept this from being 5 is that my urine sample was thrown out after numerous reminders, and Alexa said that it was "just a sugar test". I didn't find Alexa to be very empathetic or warm. She seemed to be annoyed for some reason. Kelly Murphy is a wonderful and kind practitioner! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Kelsey was wonderful, very easy to talk to and understanding of my issue. The only reason I am leaving a 4 instead of a 5 is because I had to pay an 80.00 copay just to come to the office for 10 minutes. After talking with Kelsey and doing some additional research, I've decided not to take the prescription we discussed, so I feel as though I wasted my money on an office visit. I wish a phone call could have taken place beforehand to gauge whether an office visit was necessary.
