Kris Jones was very thorough. She was patient and took her time. She answered all my questions. Provided very important information. Bedside manner is the best. She was friendly and kind. I highly recommend her. My normal doctor was available. I have no complaints.
I feel as if every time I come in, I'm attended to in a timely manner, whenever I have a question it is answered or I'm appointed to the right direction to get an answer, & this being my very first pregnancy I feel comfortable with the staff with minimal concern.
The wait time was average. The staff were courteous. Kris Jones was very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I felt comfortable asking her medical questions and appreciated that she was thorough and patient, never making me feel judged.
Though it was an uncomfortable test, she made me feel comfortable.

Yes it's a beautiful office, everything is clean well stocked, even the exam rooms are very modern everybody is very nice at this location, I did almost go to the Wellington location but everybody on the phone was so rude, I had to cancel that appointment and I rescheduled at this facility which I'm so glad I did the nurse practitioner was amazing very educated very nice overall I had a wonderful experience The only bad thing that I have to say, is the automated phone service makes it impossible for you to talk to anybody I was told to call back with some information after I left my appointment, I got hung up on twice and the other five times I've got directed to the wrong place ended up getting put back in rotation, people were sending me to another line, and it wasn't the right one, whatever happened to just regular phone service with somebody behind the desk answering the phone, and don't say it's high call volume cuz I'm sure it is but there was more than enough women behind the counter that somebody could just sit there all day and answer the phones.
She was very kind, thorough, and very professional throughout the entire process.
