Dr Laura is extremely thorough, patient and kind. She takes great care to explain everything in detail, puts me at ease, listens to my questions with patience and without judgement and seems very knowledgeable. Last but not the least, she's also very active on patient portal and reaches out about any new test results or next steps proactively, without me ever having to follow up.

Dr. Laura was so nice. She’s warm, and I felt so comfortable with her. I really appreciated how she reassured me that she and the whole team would take care of me throughout my pregnancy and do everything they could to keep me and my baby safe. I also had a very smooth Pap smear experience with her it wasn’t painful at all. When she couldn’t find the baby’s heartbeat with the Doppler, she checked on the baby with an ultrasound and reassured me that everything was fine. She explained that sometimes the baby moves around so much that it’s hard to find the heartbeat with the Doppler and she was right. I left feeling so reassured and grateful to have her as one of my OB.
Doc patiently listened to my issues and explained what I might be going through. I hope I get the best treatment after getting my test results.
I shared my concerns about the endometrial biopsy based on a prior experience (e.g. difficulty getting thourgh cervix, a lot of pain). Dr. Arreaza presented two options to do the biopsy. I picked the option where I get knocked out by the anesthesiologist and left feeling relieved!
Doctor Laura patiently listened to patient's questions to answer. Kind and patient doctor. Professional staff's greeting visitors.
