Dr. Laura is very polite and nice, and communicated difficult things in the rigjt way. . Doctor is really good, she explained things clearly and she was respectful the whole time. I just think that the other people should show the patient the equipment (needles, tubes, etc.) to confirm they are new (i.e., not used before), and the tubes properly labeled with the name of the patient on them.
Dr. Puckett listened to my concerns.
The staff was kind, and Dr. Puckett was incredible! She was so thoughtful, caring & incredibly patient. She took her time with me, and created a plan with me!
