I loved Laura's warmth and interpersonal skills. She listened, provided lots of information about my treatment options, included me in decision-making, answered questions, and never made me feel rushed.
From the moment I arrived, both the nurses and my gynecologist made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. I was a little nervous about the procedure, but everyone took the time to explain each step clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how attentively my concerns were heard and addressed. During the procedure, the care team regularly checked on how I was feeling and offered reassurance throughout, which helped me feel much more at ease. Staff always kind and professional, appointments always on time.
She was so kind and explained everything really well. I enjoyed her warm personality.
Laura White is such a gift to women's health. I was working with another provider as my primary, but am so relieved our paths crossed. She is the first OBGYN I've encountered, despite being 35 years old, who has prioritized my mental health and well-being without me having to directly name my struggles. I've been battling serious depression, anxiety and symptoms of ADHD and not only did she highlight this in my chart, but recognized signs in my demeanor, normalized the experience and followed up with information and care recommendations that were never previously mentioned to me. Just knowing that there are doctors who are taking mental health considerations into account during regular check ins, while also staying on top of the latest research and recommendations offers relief. I've now only scheduled appointments with her whenever possible.
Laura was very kind and friendly. She also has a great deal of knowledge in this area.

Laura lives in Durham with her husband, son and daughter. You’ll probably see them around town on the playground, at the farmer’s market, or hiking at the Eno.
