The provider and assistant were amazing . They tried to ease my fears and made an uncomfortable situation (embarrassing for me) quick and no big deal. I appreciated this. The lab on the other hand, hurt. Not much “bedside manners “ usually blood draws don’t hurt , this one did.. a lot.
She listened to my concerns and she was comfortable with asking for a second opinion from another provider and explained her reasoning. Very thorough.
