I waited over an hour past my appointment time.
Dr. Koon is professional and willing to talk to you. My original lady Andrea retired so I saw Dr. Koon who discovered I had some issues. Had surgery in Oct of 2025 and I'm all good. He does not specialize in bioidentical hormones (which I've been on for ten years going back two Doctors within the practice) and whole heartedly will tell you that so he has referred me to another person within the practice. I very much appreciate his honestly.
Was assured through the whole process, answered my questions with no judgement and was kind.
Dr Koon answered all my concerns for upcoming surgery. He was honest and thorough on description of the surgery. Dr Koon explained upcoming surgery in terms thst my husband could understand also.
