Office staff was very nice. Dr. Yin was great -- really like him and they way he explained things and answered all my questions.
Dr. Yin explains things very well so a person can understand what he feels is the problem and what he suggests to help you solve it.

Dr. Yin was thorough. He seemed a bit rushed upon entering the exam room (observation). I was prescribed Pepcid. I most often have adverse side effects to many pharmaceuticals, OTC as well (I did explain my biology to Dr. Yin). I had hoped he may have Eastern medicine treatment knowledge as an option. However, I did not ask. So after my visit, I did some research on his diagnosis to remedy symptoms and learn of why I am experiencing them. I am satisfied with his observation. Would have appreciated more options to reverse and heal.
Dr. Yin was very thorough and logical with his explanation and instructions.

I liked the doctor's explanation. I did not get to talking with him about allergies and how I feel sinus pressure. But, had everything else covered.

After four primary care visits, Dr. Yin properly diagnosed me in one ENT visit. Upon followup, my issue was cleared.
