Loved my visit with Leslie Durum. She is always a delight and makes me feel comfortable and heard.
Leslie is wonderful. She has an excellent bedside manner. She is very thorough, patient, personable, and really listens. She is able to educate you without you feeling rushed, and I left feeling like I had all of my questions and concerns addressed.
Called and was given appt for next day. Appt was not put in schedule, but staff was accommodating. Wait time was minimal. I felt heard and not rushed through the visit.

When I informed Leslie of my tendency to pass out during blood draws, she accommodated my needs by having their phlebotomist, Tammy, come to the exam room so I could lay down during the procedure. Tammy and Leslie were both incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and made me as comfortable as possible during my visit. I am very happy to say I did not pass out, as Tammy made sure to make delightful conversation with me to keep my mind off of the blood draw. I am overall really happy with their commitment to making sure the exam went as smoothly as possible.
