Front staff was kind, Lia was amazing. She explained things very well and validated why I was experiencing pain, which was different from my previous experience. She was also very gentle and went slowly during the Pap smear, which I really appreciated because my last experience at a different office was a bad one.
It was my first time seeing Lia and she was very knowledgeable and nice. I was running late and all of the staff were very kind and understanding.
I had been experiencing an issue for multiple weeks before I sought medical assistance. When I explained my issue the triage nurse helped me be seen that day by Lia Gordon FNP due to a cancellation. I waited too long to go in, kept dismissing a prolonged problem and to a point, tried to wait it out because it's 'just perimenolause.' Turning it over to FNP Gordon was an enormous relief. She checked for and elimi ated multiple causes and ordered additional tests, provided prescription, and what next steps would be if the problem continued. Luckily it has not however I felt secure in the knowledge I'd be looked after if it had. Deepest thanks to the whole team for not outright dismissing a perimenopausal problem (it actually happens a fair amount) and giving me hope there is a way through. I normally receive care from NP Marissa Kiser (sp?) who is also exceptional, my guess is anyone on the team holds to the same standard as these two amazing ladies do. Thank you!
NP Lia was informative and thorough. The office was running ontime and efficient. The blood draw was easier than normal for me. I am a difficult stick and she got it on the second try without pain or bruising.
Ms. Gordon was very easy to talk to and discuss my current health concerns. I felt as though she listened well, heard me, and shared information or medical advice very clearly. I had a great experience.
