Dr. visit was Highly Satisfied, but I found buildings in this complex could use better marking. I was on time but ended being 15 minutes late, as couldn't find the blg. So much going on there, I will try to stick to route 15 as complex all in a row and easy to find!

Dr. DeFalco is very thorough and takes the time to answer all my questions in a way I understand. She is very gentle and has a calming, empathetic voice to help me relax. The office staff are efficient and I was seen promptly. I've been seeing her for many years and have always been very pleased with my experience.
