Dr.Lisa took time and listened.
Dr. Lisa was outstanding. The full approach and the amount of time that she spent was amazing. Her documentation and the recommendations were so thorough and specific. I am only disappointed that I waited so long to see her. I am looking forward to being even more health now.
I am a double board-certified physician. I practice the virtually extinct “Art of Medicine” by blending valid, good quality, science-based medicine, in addition to an integrative, whole-body, respectful patient-centered approach to obtaining health. My experience in medicine began long before attending medical school! My medical understanding began over 40 years ago when I began studying the human body and disease from a cellular perspective in pathology. From there, I continued my life-long discovery of the human body, disease, health, and the application of medicine in many forms.
My experience in medicine is broad and includes but is not limited to, pathology, orthopedic surgery, occupational medicine, preventive health, integrative medicine, health care administration and health risk management. I am also a Medical Acupuncturist, having completed the Helms Medical Institute program in Berkley, CA.
In the practice of medicine, I prefer wisdom, sophistication, and an unbiased perception of the problem, coupled with quality formal education, self-driven investigation, and research, rather than the fast-paced, one-size-fits-all medicine that is so prevalent today. Restoration of health is so much more than just following a computer-generated algorithm!
If this sounds like quality medical care to you, it is.
If you are tired of seeing doctors who appear consistently overwhelmed, “too busy”, or seeing an “assistant” in place of a physician who is only there to make a “guest appearance” , having your concerns “boiled down” into a 7-minute appointment just to be prescribed more side-effect laden medications, then you may be ready to invest in a better-quality approach.
Is it time for you to work with a caring, passionate physician and to become a valued participant in your own healing process? You may be ready to call me to begin your journey to wellbeing.
