She listened and was solution oriented. Short wait.
Attentive front office. I had been rescheduled but missed the call, and they squeezed me in with another provider. She was friendly and explained things very well.
The receptionists, phlebotomist, and Madison (PA) were all very kind and professional. I appreciated how clean and well designed the office was. Madison was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and gave me so much helpful information about my cycle and fertility. I'm very grateful!
After feeling a lump on my breast the evening prior, I was able to call the office in the morning and schedule a visit to be seen that same afternoon. Everything I was seeing online was stressing the importance of an in-person exam, ideally while the bump was still present, for the provider to examine - so after calling my primary care and having to schedule their next earliest availability for 2 weeks out, this was a HUGE relief. I had a small hiccup checking in for my appointment (evidently the person I spoke with in the morning to schedule the appointment was looking at the previous day, so when I checked in it was showing me as a no show for the prior day's appointment), BUT the team didn't bat an eye in squeezing me in despite the mistake. Speaking with Dr. Rubnick was wonderful. She was very calm and compassionate about my concerns and thoroughly explained where there might be areas for concern. To be cautious she ordered a mammogram and ultrasound of the site and went to check if the on site techs might be able to see me while I was in the office. They both were and so it felt so great to have been able to get examined same day as well as well the other diagnostics completed (especially as it would've taken me longer, if at all, to get the separate mammogram and ultrasounds completed had I not been able to at the office during my visit). It was days like that day that I'm so grateful to be a patient of this practice!
Madison listened to my symptoms and addressed the UTI by sending the prescription for the medication. She also listened to my concerns about the estradiol cream and possible solutions for future treatment. I appreciate her willingness to provide the antibiotic the same day.
