Madison Rush, MD

Dr. Rush is proud to serve her hometown of East Lansing and the surrounding region. She graduated from Michigan State University, earned her medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Corewell Health in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Rush joined the Alliance team in the fall of 2025.

Her clinical interests include inclusive care for women through all phases of life. She enjoys getting to know her patients through comprehensive annual exams. Particular interests include managing abnormal uterine bleeding, full scope obstetric care, in-depth office counseling, outpatient procedures, and minimally invasive/robotic surgery. She strives to provide updated, evidence based care and empowering her patients with personalized health care through a patient-centered approach.

Outside of work, Dr. Rush enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the shores of Lake Michigan or Crystal Lake, appreciating the natural beauty of northern Michigan.
