The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very kind and explained everything clearly. When I mentioned that I was worried about the language barrier, they arranged an interpreter for me, which made me feel very safe and comfortable during the appointment.
Dr. shared her knowledge freely and I could easily understand her reasoning and treatment for me. Took all the time needed to answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed and was well cared for.
This was my first time meeting Laura Kelly. She is outstanding. Was a wonderful listener, great responses and feedback. Shared a lot of information. I learned a lot at this visit. She didn't rush through. Eye contact, created a calm and safe environment. Just fantastic.
