My appointment reminder text sent me to the wrong office for my ultrasound, but the staff were so kind and understanding about the situation and fit me in anyway. They made the experience totally stress free for me. The ultrasound tech was very kind and did a great job. I was meeting Dr. O'Neill for the first time after my previous provider retired and she was absolutely wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me, listened carefully, answered every single question I had, and never made me feel rushed. I didn't get good news about my situation but she made me feel reassured. I'm very grateful that she will be my new provider, as it's never easy to lose a doctor who has been following your journey for 15+ years… but I believe Dr. O'Neill will be great!

Dr. O'Neill was great. She listened and we came up with an amazing plan to help me minimize my hot flashes. She was very nice and professional.
Bonnie started off the visit, kept me at ease and was very professional. Dr. O'Neill explained every moment before she performed an action and asked me what questions I had. She made sure I was comfortable and made me feel at ease. She followed up quickly with results and a plan which was appreciated.
