Dr. O'Neil was very personable and thorough. She explained my prolapse clearly, using a walk poster for a visual. She was compassionate about the discomfort of the exam and honest about my treatment options. She gave me samples of estradiol cream suppositories that could be easier to use than the plastic syringes. She will make a referral for further treatment to a UroGyno. Very content with my appt outcomes. This was my first appt with Dr. O'Neil, after my previous providers retired, and I am very glad to have yet another top notch, caring professional in this practice!
