Dr. O'Neill took her time with me, listened and I was well informed with treatment going forward.
I was highly satisfied from the moment I arrived in the waiting room through my interactions with the medical assistant and the doctor. I felt that my concerns were heard, and I truly felt that the doctor cared about my health conditions. The doctor also provided me with a clear and strategic plan for moving forward. I greatly appreciate the hard work that the provider is doing. For the first time, I truly felt heard, and I felt that my conditions were taken seriously.
Dr. O'Neil was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I am looking forward to seeking further care with her. :)
