I felt like I had enough time to speak with Dr Hord and the resident physician (whose name I unfortunately don't remember, but she was very nice and knowledgeable) and ask questions and voice my concerns. Everyone was very nice. Dr Hord listened to my concerns and answered all of the questions that I had. He is always professional and affable.
Dr. Horde listens to me and makes me feel heard. Great bedside manner! Just an overall great experience, better than most I've ever been to.
