Dr. M. Bradley always listens and answers my questions. I feel she gives me the time needed, too bad my other doctors don't.
Ease of getting appointment. Provider was excellent in communication, very professional with a nice personality and bedside manner. Efficient. My only comment is not about the provider but the MA who checked me in - no introduction and very impersonal and no name tag.

Dr. Bradley has a very nice, relaxed bedside manner and was very reassuring for any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable and generous with her time, answering all my questions to my satisfaction.
I felt very comfortable, both physically and emotionally.
I incurred no issues at the appointment, I was a bit late but I was signed in and immediately taken in. Been a patient for years now and I have consistently been treated with respect. Such appointments are not fun but the treatment and professionalism of the provider helps when feeling uncomfortable. I am very grateful and fortunate for having such a provider and I highly recommend this provider to anyone else.
It was quick, to the point, but I still felt listened to. I knew the plan of action at the end of the visit and I left with a follow up appointment in the books.
