Prior to becoming a WHNP, Melissa Howard, APRN, WHNP, was a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at a local hospital for the past 7 years. Melissa has also had experience in the Emergency Room and worked with Women’s Health Specialists (WHS) previously as an OB Triage Nurse. Melissa had the opportunity to do her clinical training at WHS for the past year and is excited to be able to rejoin the practice as a provider.
