My first experience on the original day of appt on Oct. 6 was horrible so I rescheduled to next day. The second day with Dr. Justice was super pleasant. From office staff to medical team, everyone was kind and friendly. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my experience the first time around during my original scheduled appt on Oct. 6. The office staff forgot I had an appt and I had to wait an hour with no end in sight. I was highly dissapointed. Consistentl customer service is a key. Some CWC staff need to be trained in customer service and competency.

Dr. Justice is an amazing provider, combining a human element along with data and solid recommendations.
I was expecting a similar consulation from the previous year which included a calming moment to start the appointment. This did not occur this year and I was disappointed. Dr. Justice gave me the same information/handouts that she gave me last year. Also, she was unaware that I was in menopause and offered information about what to do when it began. I was surprised she did not know my history. The staff was kind and organized despite a thirty minute delay to my appointment. Perhaps patients could be made aware of this in real time via text that thier appointment was pushed back.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit. My gynecologist was professional, caring, and attentive. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated the excellent care I received. ❤️
