This was the first time I have had gestational diabetes and she explained how to go through with the process of testing at home. She helped find the most cost effective meter and supplies and listened well.

It was a telehealth visit to discuss gestational diabetes, and do feel it was informative. I immediately made the recommended dietary changes, and saw improvements, so I benefited directly from the information relayed during the visit. My provider was very knowledgeable, but this was my first experience with any kind of pregnancy complication or diabetes.

She has given several lectures on Diabetes in Pregnancy including the National Conference for the March of Dimes. Mrs Collazo-Camacho has also served as a committee member for the The Central New Jersey Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Board. Her leisure activities include spending time with her family, boating, and enjoying the great outdoors.
