About Michelle Herman:
My primary goal in patient care is to promote healthy living. I believe in addition to routine health maintenance, patient education in the office setting is essential to achieve this goal. Open communication is the most important part of the patient/doctor relationship. Patients need to feel comfortable to discuss personal issues, as well as ask questions that pertain to their particular lifestyle or life situation.
I make it a priority when dealing with patients that each person feels they are respected and given the time needed to address her issues in entirety. With this mutual relationship, we as a team are able to formulate the best treatment plan and outcome whether it involves emotional, medical or surgical options. This optimizes a woman's health throughout her various life stages.
