The receptionist was unbelievably kind and gracious and greeted me the minute I walked in. The nursing assistant was kind very nice. The doctor was amazing. Kind asking me if I had any questions concerns to her time with me. I didn't feel rushed at all. I will be going here forever. This is the best gynecologist I've been to in 30 years. The doctor was extremely kind, understanding, and explained everything to me.
Everyone in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Alam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She asked proper questions and explained everything that she was going to do. The exam was painless. Her suggestions and knowledge gave me comfort at a very difficult time. She gave me sound instructions for further testing and gave me hope that we could resolve the problem. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I felt Dr. Alam was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She was focused on me the entire time. She allowed me to ask questions and provided more of a back-and-forth dialogue prior to the exam, which helped me feel more comfortable with the setting. I felt more at ease and able to be open and honest with her than I have with previous providers. I never felt like I was being judged or that I asked a question that wasn't worth her time.
