Dr. Alam is awesome.
Dr. Alam has a pleasant bedside manner and is very responsive.
Provider is both kind and knowledgeable. I was very scared going into this appointment since I recently had a miscarriage, but the news that things were currently okay and this provider’s careful language left my partner and me feeling good. She had me get labs and set me up with progesterone pills for this pregnancy and explained how it’ll work. It was refreshing to have a provider order labs and provide intervention this early in pregnancy. She answered our questions and I really left that office with less anxiety than I’ve had in several weeks.
She always know my history and take's her time and make sure I have all my questions answered. She has been out a standing with both my pregnancy.
I love Dr. Alam. She's very friendly and thorough. She always makes me feel comfortable.
Overall it was good care but Dr. Alam seemed rushed and as if she wasn't familiar with my chart.
I had a great experience with Dr Alum, however the office tried to cancel my visit a few days before it was scheduled which was very frustrating Dr Alum is wonderful. I have no complaints about her, I am just disappointed in the reception staff.
It's start from the front desk. They were so nice especially for my little daughter she loved them. Dr. Muna Alam was very nice treatment, advice. She talked like friendly and family. I loved her.
